Shipment information

Delivery by mail: 

The delivery will take around 3-5 working days to your designated address (e.g. home or workplace) within Hong Kong.

You can enjoy free shipment upon HK$1,000 for each order.

If your address belongs to remote or extended area, we will contact you for other delivery method, and it may take longer delivery time.

Delivery may take longer time during peak sales period or due logistic delay, e.g. typhoon, etc. that beyond our control.

Please check the order carefully before submission, in case of wrong order is placed and you are unable to amend it, please contact us immediately through e-mail or whatsapp as to see if the order can be cancelled. However, if the parcel has sent out before receiving your notification, we are unable to proceed the cancellation.

Pick up at store:

You can also choose to pick up at store. Store pick up will not incur any shipping cost.

We will notify customers through e-mail once it is ready to pick up in 1-3 working days.
